The Permanent Committee for the Organization of Conferences is competent with the following:
Organize conferences related to the Ministry's work or those assigned to it and manage their work, in coordination with the administrative units of the ministries and other relevant government agencies, according to the objectives and purposes of such conferences.
Propose the budgets of those conferences, in coordination with other competent government agencies, and by the higher decisions that decide to hold such conferences.
Establish and develop review mechanisms to assess the work of conferences and make specific recommendations on improving the means of their organization and management.
Make coordination among government agencies in the State, notify them of the proposed dates for hosting conferences, and prepare annual charts and schedules for such agencies.
Any other competencies relating to the organization of conferences assigned to it by the competent authority of the Ministry.
