HE Ambassador Abdulla bin Saif Salem AlHmoudi AlMansouri was appointed as Director of the GCC Affairs Department as per Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Decision No. 55 of the year 2021.

Since joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

• Appointed as Director of the GCC Affairs Department from 20-09-2021 to date.
• Worked as Assistant Director, GCC Affairs Department between 29-12-2016 and 20-09-2021.
• Worked in the GCC Affairs Department since 15-09-2012
• Worked at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Riyadh between 10-09-2007 and 14-09-2012.
• Worked at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Pretoria between 21-08-2004 and 31-08-2007
• Worked at the Department of Information and Research between 11-07-1995 and 20-08-2004.
• Worked at the Department of Administrative & Financial Affairs, between 12-08-1994 and 01-07-1995.
• Appointed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 12-08-1994.
• Participated in many regional and international conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of History from Beirut University, 1994.
