The State of Qatar has dispatched a third identical communication to HE Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN) Antonio Guterres and HE Permanent Representative of the United States of America to the UN and President of the UN Security Council (UNSC) for the month of March Michael Waltz, regarding developments in the Iranian assault on its territory, which constitutes a flagrant violation of its national sovereignty and a direct compromise of its security and territorial integrity, as well as a rejected escalation that imperils the region's security and stability.

The State of Qatar reiterated its condemnation in the strongest terms of the Iranian attacks that targeted its territory, considering them a clear violation of its sovereignty, territorial integrity and security, and a clear breach of the rules of international law and the principles set forth in the Charter of the United Nations, particularly Article 2(4) which prohibits the "use of force" against other states.
