The State of Qatar, on behalf of the Group of Arab States to the United Nations has affirmed the adherence of the Arab position to peace as a strategic option, calling for the settlement of the Palestinian issue on the basis of a two-state solution that leads to the establishment of a Palestinian State on the borders of June 4, 1967.
