Commercial Power of Attorney
This service aims to add legal status to commercial documents for use outside and inside the State of Qatar, and includes the Certificate of Origin, Shipping List (Manifest), invoices, commercial contracts, and commercial power of attorneys.
Eligibility Requirements
- The document to be attested must include a set of seals and signatures, both live and ending with a seal and signature from Qatari missions abroad or foreign missions accredited to the Consular Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Governmental authorities in the State of Qatar are the competent authorities for attesting copies of documents issued by them (true copies).
- The Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall refrain from attesting any document submitted for legalization that violates the regulations in force in the State of Qatar.
