First: Documents Issued in the State of Qatar
Attestation via Qatar Post
- 1Log in through the Tawtheeq system.
- 2Submit the application.
- 3The application is reviewed within one working day.
- 4Pay the fees.
- 5Documents are collected and delivered by Qatar Post.
Electronic Attestation
- 1Retrieve the document using its unique identification number.
- 2Pay the fees.
- 3The document is attested electronically.
- 4The document is saved to your dashboard and sent by email.

- Certificates of good conduct.
- Academic certificates issued by government schools.
Second: Documents Issued Outside the State of Qatar
Attestation Completion Service
- 1Submit the application.
- 2The applicant pays the fees.
- 3Documents are collected from the applicant (DHL).
- 4Documents are attested at the embassy.
- 5Documents are attested by the Consular Affairs Department.
- 6Documents are delivered to the applicant (DHL).
