HE Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Dr. Kao Kim Hourn received the credentials of HE Dr. Sultan bin Mubarak Saad Al Dosari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to ASEAN.
HE the ASEAN's Secretary-General expressed his wishes of success to HE the Ambassador in performing his duties, emphasizing ASEAN's aspiration to continue enhancing and elevating the level of cooperation with the State of Qatar across all fields.
