Minister of State for International Cooperation Holds Phone Call with Sudan's TSC Advisor

HE Minister of State for International Cooperation Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad held on Thursday a phone call with HE Advisor to the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) for Organizational and Humanitarian Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme National Committee for Humanitarian Emergencies in the Republic of Sudan Al Sadig Ismail Mahmoud.
During the call, they discussed the developments in Sudan and the current humanitarian situation. They emphasized the need to preserve the safety of civilians and ensure the provision of services and basic aid to those affected in the impacted areas.
HE the Minister of State for International Cooperation affirmed the State of Qatar's commitment to monitoring the humanitarian situation in Sudan and supporting international efforts aimed at protecting civilians and facilitating the delivery of humanitarian aid to those who need it.
For his part, HE Advisor to the TSC for Organizational and Humanitarian Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme National Committee for Humanitarian Emergencies in Sudan voiced his thanks and appreciation to the State of Qatar, leadership and people, for its steadfast stances and continuous humanitarian support to the Sudanese people, appreciating the efforts made by the State of Qatar in alleviating the suffering of those affected and enhancing the humanitarian response in Sudan.
