Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Receives Phone Call from Egypt's FM

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani has received a phone conversation from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration, and Expatriates Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Badr Abdelatty.
The two sides addressed bilateral relations and discussed ways to further foster cooperation between the two nations. They also exchanged views on the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories - with a particular focus on advancing the joint mediation to secure a ceasefire, facilitate the release of hostages and detainees, and respond to the humanitarian crisis in the enclave.
They emphasized the importance of intensifying regional and international efforts to de-escalate tensions through dialogue and peaceful means.
