Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets Vice President of Palestine

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met HE Vice President of the State of Palestine, Hussein Al Sheikh, on the occasion of his visit to the country.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation relations and ways to support and enhance them, the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.
HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the State of Qatar’s firm and unwavering position in support of the Palestinian cause and the steadfastness of the Palestinian people, based on international legitimacy resolutions and the two-state solution, which calls for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital.
