The Foreign Ministries of the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom held a preparatory meeting ahead of the second Strategic Dialogue between the two countries

The Foreign Ministries of the State of Qatar and the United Kingdom held a preparatory meeting today via videoconference ahead of the second Qatari-UK Strategic Dialogue, scheduled to take place on April 27 in Doha.The meeting was co-chaired by His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, and His Excellency David Lammy, Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom.
The Qatari delegation was led by His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Fahad Al Khater, Director of the Policy Planning Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while the British delegation was led by His Excellency Mr. Tom Allen, Joint Head of the Iraq and Arabian Peninsula Department at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
