Minister of State for International Cooperation Meets with Syrian Foreign Minister

Her Excellency Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad, Minister of State for International Cooperation, met today with His Excellency Assad Al-Shaibani, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Sisterly Syrian Arab Republic, on the sidelines of the 9th Brussels Conference on Syria, organized by the European Union in Brussels.
During the meeting, the two officials reviewed the bilateral cooperation between their countries and explored ways to further enhance and support it, particularly in the areas of humanitarian and developmental projects. They also discussed the latest developments in Syria, as well as a number of topics of mutual interest.
