Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Receives Written Message from Guyana's Prime Minister

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a written message from HE Prime Minister of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana Mark Phillips, pertaining to bilateral relations.
This came during His Excellency's meeting today with HE Presidential Assistant and Personal Representative of HE the President and Minister Responsible for South Europe, the Middle East and Africa George Andrew Hallaq.
