Minister of State for International Cooperation Meets Venezuelan Foreign Minister

HE Minister of State for International Cooperation, Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met Monday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Ivan Gil Pinto, on the sidelines of the 58th session of the Human Rights Council, held in Geneva.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with cooperation relations between the two countries and means to support and enhance them, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
During the meeting, HE the Venezuelan Foreign Minister expressed his country's thanks to the State of Qatar for its efforts in reaching a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and emphasized that Qatar is a strategic ally of Venezuela.
