Qatar's Permanent Representative to UN Meets Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs

HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani met with HE UN Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs Li Junhua at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
During the meeting, they emphasized the importance of enhancing international cooperation to drive development and support the most vulnerable communities. They also discussed key issues on the agenda of the Second World Summit for Social Development, which is scheduled to take place this year in Doha.
