Minister of State at Ministry of Foreign Affairs Meets UK Minister for Middle East and North Africa

HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met Monday in London with HE Minister for the Middle East and North Africa at the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office Hamish Falconer.
Discussions during the meeting focused on the close ties between the two nations and ways to bolster them, in addition to the developments in the region, particularly in the Gaza Strip, the occupied Palestinian territories, Syria and Lebanon.
HE Falconer thanked the State of Qatar for its efforts that helped secure the release of a female British citizen under the Gaza ceasefire deal and the exchange of hostages and prisoners.
