Director of Policy Planning Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs participates in a session entitled “Perspectives on Regional Security” within the Doha Forum sessions program

His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Fahd Al Khater, Director of the Policy Planning Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated in a session entitled: “Perspectives on Regional Security,” organized by the New Ground Research Center and the Gulf Research Center, as part of the Doha Forum 2024 sessions program.
Participants in the session discussed the principles of the Gulf Cooperation Council's vision for regional security and ways to enhance cooperation among all regional parties in the Gulf region, in the light of accelerated developments regionally and internationally.
His Excellency underscored in his speech that the goal of adopting the Gulf Cooperation Council's vision for regional security is to strengthen our commitment to security and defense frameworks with all regional parties, as well as to enhance our strategic partnerships with our external partners, including the United States.
