Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Meets UK Foreign Secretary

Within the framework of the state visit of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to London, HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met today with HE UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy.
The meeting dealt with discussing bilateral cooperation and the means to enhance them and develop them. It also dealt with developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian Territories, Syria, and several issues of joint interest.
HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed during the meeting that the State of Qatar looks forward to elevating the close ties with the friendly United Kingdom to broader horizons of cooperation, and strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries in light of the results of the state visit that HH the Amir is making to London.
