King of Jordan Receives Members of the Ministerial Committee Assigned by the Joint Arab-Islamic Summit

His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, received in Amman today the members of the Ministerial Committee Assigned by the Extraordinary Joint Arab-Islamic Summit, headed by His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and attended by HE Dr. Mohammad Mustafa, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine, HE Dr. Ayman Al Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and HE Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, HE Mr. Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, and HE Mr. Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, HE Mr. Nabil Habashi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration of the Arab Republic of Egypt, HE. Mr Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary General of the League of Arab States, and HE. Mr Hissein Brahim Taha, Secretary General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
During the meeting, joint Arab and Islamic action, and regional and international developments, particularly the efforts of the Ministerial Committee Assigned by the Extraordinary Joint Arab-Islamic Summit, were reviewed. In addition, ways to support all efforts aimed at reaching a ceasefire and delivering adequate aid to the brotherly Palestinian people were discussed.
