Minister of State at Foreign Ministry Meets UN Under-Secretary-General for Political, Peacebuilding Affairs
Doha, June 30
HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met today with HE United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Political and Peacebuilding Affairs Rosemary DiCarlo, on the sidelines of the 3rd UN Meeting of Special Envoys on Afghanistan, currently held in Doha.
The meeting focused on the existing partnership between the State of Qatar and the United Nations, ways to support and develop it, in addition to the latest regional developments, especially in Afghanistan. HE the Under-Secretary-General expressed her thanks to the State of Qatar for its role and efforts to support the United Nations and for its hosting of a series of UN meetings.
