Substitute for the Secretariat of State of the Vatican, Archbishop Edgar Pena Parra received a copy of the credentials of HE Asma bint Naji Al Amri, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar (Non-Resident) to the Vatican.
