President of France Grants Qatari Ambassador National Order of Merit

HE President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron granted HE Qatar's Ambassador to France Khalid bin Rashid Al Mansouri the National Order of Merit with the rank of Commander on the occasion of ending his tenure.
