HH the Emir Issues Decision to Appoint Qatari Ambassador to Ukraine

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Wednesday Emiri Decision No. 14 of 2018, appointing Hadi Nasser Mansour Khalil Al Hajri as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine.
The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
