Qatar Strongly Condemns Attack on Jalalabad, Eastern Afghanistan

The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the explosion which targeted a political gathering in Jalalabad, eastern Afghanistan, and caused a number of deaths and injuries.
In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm position rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons.
The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the families of the victims, the government and the people of Afghanistan, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
