Foreign Minister Meets Members of US Senate

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani on Thursday met separately in Washington with HE Chairman of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Senator Bob Corker; HE Ranking Member of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Senator Ben Cardin; HE Ranking Member of the Armed Services Committee, Senator Jack Reed; HE U.S. Senator Cory Gardner; and HE U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham.
The meetings reviewed bilateral relations and ways to boost and develop them as well as developments of the situation in the Gulf and the Arab region. In addition, the meeting discussed international topics of common interest.
