Qatar Congratulates Iraq on Liberation of Tal Afar

The State of Qatar has congratulated the sisterly Republic of Iraq on the liberation of Tal Afar from the hands of terrorist organizations.
In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said the State of Qatar stands with Iraq in the face of terrorism and extremism.
The statement reiterated Qatar's firm stance against terrorism and its rejection and condemnation in all its forms and forms, whatever its causes and motives.
