Qatar Condemns Attack in Mogadishu Restaurant

The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack on a restaurant in the Somali capital Mogadishu that killed and injured dozens of people.
In a statement Thursday, the Foreign Ministry reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism in all their forms and manifestations and whatever their motives and causes.
The Foreign Ministry also stressed Qatar's rejection of criminal acts, which contravene all human values, ethical principles and heavenly religions.
The statement expressed Qatar's condolences to the families of the victims and the Somali government and its wishes of a speedy recovery to the injured.
