Qatari Foreign Minister Participates in African Action Summit in Morocco

Marrakech/Information Office/16 November 2016/ Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani chaired the Qatari delegation participating in the African Action Summit on Sustainable Development which was held today on the sidelines of the 22nd Conference of the Parties (COP22) to UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in the Moroccan city of Marrakech.
The Qatari delegation included also HE Minister of Municipality and Environment Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi and HE Qatar's Ambassador to Morocco Abdullah bin Falah al-Dossari.
The summit aimed a unifying African visions and efforts and to provide a development model based on solidarity, sustainable development and preservation of the environment and protection of demands on funding and technology transfer.
