Paraguay's President Awards Qatari Ambassador National Order of Merit.
Asuncion/Information Office/05 November 2016/ President Horacio Cartes of the Republic of Paraguay has awarded HE Qatar's Ambassador to Paraguay Abdullah Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Derbasti.with the National Order of Merit (First Class).
The Paraguayan Foreign Minister Eladio Loizaga presented HE Ambassador Al-Derbasti with the National Order of Merit, on behalf of the President of the Republic, during an honoring ceremony on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
