GCC foreign Ministers Meet British Foreign Secretary

New York/ Information Office/ 21 September 2016/ Their Excellencies the Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held a meeting with British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson in New York City. The meeting was chaired by Saudi Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al Jubeir, Chariman of the current session of the GCC Ministerial Council, and with participation of GCC Secretary-General Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani. During the meeting, they discussed cooperation and friendship between the GCC countries and the United Kingdom and ways of strengthening and developing them in various fields, as well as regional and international issues of common concern. The Ministers stressed the importance of enhancing GCC-British relations in various political, economic and security fields to serve the common interests.
