Russian President's Special Envoy Meets Qatari Ambassador
Moscow /Information Office/ 21 September 2015/ The Russian President's Special Representative for the Middle East and Africa, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov met here Monday with Qatar's Ambassador to Russia Saoud bin Abdallah Al Mahmoud. The two officials discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in addition to matters of common concern.
