Qatar Participates in Arab Focal Points Meeting of UNAOC
Cairo/Information Office/23 August 2015/ The State of Qatar participated in the meeting of Arab focal points of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) which began here Sunday. HE the Vice President of Qatar's Committee for Alliance of Civilizations Ambassador Dr Hassan bin Ibrahim Al Mohannadi and Adviser to the Foreign Ministry Abdullah Ahmad Al Sada represented Qatar in the meeting. In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), Al Sada said that the meeting focused on plans and projects proposed by Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and other Arab League member states, and discussed the proposed budgets for them. He added that the proposed projects covered the four key areas of the Alliance of Civilizations, namely immigration, youth, media, and education.
