 HE First Vice-President of the Republic of Costa Rica Stephan Brunner Neibig received, at the Presidential Palace, the credentials of HE Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Dosari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Costa Rica.
