Spokesperson of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Meets Italian Official

Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Majed bin Mohammed Al Ansari met here today with the Director for the Mediterranean and Middle East Department in the Italian Foreign Ministry Alfredo Conte, on the margin of the Doha Forum 2023.
The two sides discussed the latest developments in the Gaza Strip in addition to a host of regional and international issues.
During the meeting, Director for the Mediterranean and Middle East Department in the Italian Foreign Ministry expressed his country’s thanks to the State of Qatar for its efforts in evacuating Italian citizens from the Gaza Strip, and its role in the humanitarian pause.
