Qatar Participates in OIC Ambassadors Meeting with Speaker of Swedish Parliament

The State of Qatar participated in the meeting of Their Excellencies Ambassadors of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation countries (OIC) accredited to the Kingdom of Sweden with HE Speaker of the Swedish Parliament Andreas Norlin.
The State of Qatar was represented at the meeting by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Sweden Nadia bint Ahmad Al Sheebi.
During the meeting, the latest developments of the situations in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories were discussed.
In a speech, HE the Ambassador referred to the pivotal role of the State of Qatar since the beginning of the events in the Palestinian territories, and its efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian brothers, stressing the importance of an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
