Permanent Representative of Qatar to UN Participates in UN General-Secretary Meeting with GCC Ambassadors

HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations (UN) Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani participated in the meeting of HE Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres with the Ambassadors the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries in New York.
During the meeting, they discussed the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip as a result of the ongoing Israeli attacks.
For his part, HE the Secretary-General of the United Nations praised the active role of the GCC countries in delivering the relief aid and their efforts to provide protection for the civilians in Gaza.
