Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the UN Meets IRC President

HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations Sheikha Alia Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani met with President and CEO of the International Rescue Committee (IRC) David Miliband, at the headquarters of the Permanent Delegation in New York.
Miliband gave a briefing during the meeting on the work that the International Rescue Committee is doing to respond to the humanitarian crises affecting refugees around the world.
The meeting also dealt with discussing partnership opportunities to ensure the protection of refugees.
