HE Foreign and European Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Malta Ian Borg on Friday received a copy if the credentials of HE Rashid bin Abdullah Al Duhaimi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Malta.
