Department of Foreign Affairs of Philippines Receives Copy of Credentials of Qatar's Ambassador

HE Assistant Secretary of Foreign Affairs and head of protocol office at the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines Francisco Noel Fernandez, received a copy of the credentials of HE Ahmed Saad Abdullah Al Hamidi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Philippines.
