HE Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, International Cooperation and Chadians Abroad of the Republic of Chad Mahamat Saleh Annadif received a copy of the credentials of HE Talib bin Mohammed Al Mankhas as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Chad.
