Qatar Participates in 8th OIC-IPHRC International Seminar

The State of Qatar will take part in the 8th International Seminar of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission (IPHRC) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) on "Islamic Perspectives on the Protection of Refugees-Rights and Access to Education", which will be held in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, on Oct. 5-6.
The delegation of the State of Qatar to the 8th OIC-IPHRC International Seminar will be headed by HE Director of Human Rights Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Turki bin Abdulla Al Mahmoud.
