Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Regional Affairs Meets US Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, Human Rights

HE Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Regional Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met with HE US Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Uzra Zeya, on the sidelines of the 48th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) held in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
During the meeting, they reviewed the solid bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the US and ways to support and develop them. Also, they exchanged views on a number of regional issues and topics of common concern, particularly the contributions of the State of Qatar in the humanitarian field.
During the meeting, HE the US Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights praised Qatar's efforts and its active role in evacuations and peace in Afghanistan.
