Qatar Participates in Inauguration Ceremony of President of Turkmenistan

The State of Qatar participated in the inauguration ceremony of HE President Serdar Berdymukhamedov as President of Turkmenistan.
In the inauguration ceremony, the State of Qatar was represented by the Charge d'Affairs at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Turkmenistan Ghanem bin Abdulla Al-Rumaihi.
