President of Guatemala Awards Qatari Acting Charge d'Affairs Medal in Recognition of Efforts in Developing Relations

HE President of the Republic of Guatemala Alejandro Giammattei awarded non-resident Acting Charge d'Affairs of the State of Qatar to Guatemala Tariq Othman Al Othman a medal in appreciation of the efforts he made in developing bilateral relations between the two countries.
The Acting Charge d'Affairs of the State of Qatar received the medal in a ceremony held by HE President of Guatemala at the presidential palace.
The ceremony was attended by HE Foreign Minister of Guatemala Mario Bucaro.
Tariq Othman Al Othman is the third representative of a state mission to be granted this medal, as it was previously awarded to two heads of missions accredited to Guatemala in 2018 and 2020.
