HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Felix Plasencia met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Venezuela Rashid bin Mohsin Fetais.
During the meeting, they reviewed relations of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
