HE Chief of Diplomatic Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Montenegro Zdenka Radulovic received a copy of credentials of HE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar (non-resident) to the Republic of Montenegro Faris bin Roumi Al Nuaimi.
