An official source from the Department of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the passports instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia obligate all those coming to the Kingdom through all Saudi ports, for non-Saudi citizens, both vaccinated and non-vaccinated, to register vaccination data electronically on the website: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home to facilitate and expedite the procedures for their entry into the Kingdom and to reduce the waiting period at the entry ports.
