Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Turkey, and Russia Hold Closed Talks Session on Syrian Crisis

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu, and the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, held Thursday a closed talks session in Doha on the Syrian crisis.

The session discussed ways the three countries can cooperate on finding a sustainable political resolution to the Syrian crisis, humanitarian conditions and increasing aid to all Syrians, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the healthcare system and social, economic, and humanitarian conditions, the voluntary return of refugees, counter-terrorism, and conditions of those arrested in Syrian prisons.
