Latvian President Receives Credentials of Qatar's Ambassador
Riga/ Information Office/ 09 February 2017/ President of the Republic of Latvia Raimonds Vejonis received the credentials of HE Ahmed Saif Al Moudhadi as Qatar's (non-resident) ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Latvia.
HE the Ambassador conveyed HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani's greetings and wishes of health and happiness to the Latvian President and his further wishes of progress and prosperity to the government and people of Latvia.
For his part, the President of Latvia entrusted HE the Ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir and his wishes of health and happiness to him along with his wishes of constant prosperity and progress to the State of Qatar.
The President also wished HE the Ambassador success in his duties, stressing that he will extend all support needed to take bilateral ties between Qatar and Latvia to closer cooperation in different fields.
