Holders of regular passports are required to apply for a visit visa, which can be issued from airport/borders of Qatar or from the nearest embassy of Qatar.

The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Portugal will start issuing Schengen visas and national visas as of 30th October 2016.
Holders of a (Schengen visa) can enter the Republic of Portugal.
